Warranty Terms

  • Warranty applies only to products purchased on the Safoner website and is valid for the original buyer.

  • The warranty period is 1 year from the date of purchase.

  • Proof of purchase (order number) must be provided to file a warranty claim.

  • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning products to Safoner and must provide a tracking number.

  • The following conditions are not covered under warranty:
  1. Normal wear and tear or required maintenance during regular use;
  2. Damage caused by improper handling, storage, installation, or insufficient maintenance;
  3. Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, unauthorized modifications, accidents, or acts of nature;
  4. Intentional damage;
  5. Cosmetic damage (e.g., scratches, abrasions, discoloration) that does not affect product functionality.

      Submitting a Warranty Claim

      2. A description of the issue;
      3. Photos or videos that illustrate the problem (total file size must not exceed 20MB).
