Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order at any time before the product has been shipped or produced. Once the product has been shipped, we are unable to cancel the order.
  • If you paid via PayPal, please note that the PayPal transaction fee will be deducted from your refund amount, as this fee is charged by PayPal and is non-refundable.

Return Guidelines

  • If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your Safoner product within 30 days of receipt, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition. Safoner does not cover the shipping costs for returns. If your item does not meet these requirements, we cannot guarantee acceptance of your return or exchange.
  • Safoner will cover the shipping costs if you received a defective or incorrect product.
  • If the item you purchased is out of stock, we will notify you and offer the option to either cancel the order or wait until the product is back in stock.
  • Please contact us before returning any product, as the return address may differ from the one on the original package.
  • Important: Safoner does not accept returns of modified products. Any modifications made to our products will void the warranty, and modified products will be returned at the owner's expense.

Refund Process

  • Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you by email to confirm its receipt. Following that, we will inform you whether your refund request has been approved or rejected. If your refund is approved, it will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a specified number of days.
  • You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This time period includes:
    • The transit time for us to receive your return (5-10 business days).
    • The time it takes us to process your return once received (3-5 business days).
    • The time it takes your bank to process the refund request (5-10 business days).
    We will notify you via email once your return has been received and processed.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

  • If you have not received your refund, please first check your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay in posting the refund. If the issue persists, please reach out to your bank. Refunds often go through a processing period before they are posted.

Exchange Policy

  • We only offer exchanges for items found to be defective or damaged upon initial unboxing. If you need an exchange for the same product, please contact us through the Contact Us page or email us at service@safoner.com, and include any necessary photos after receiving an email from our support team.
  • We do not charge a restocking fee for returns. After returning the item, please provide us with the tracking number. The time it takes for the exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
