About Shipping

The following is our current shipping cost policy based on the type of goods. Shipping fees are already determined by the type of goods when customers place their orders, so large and small items are not listed individually.



REMINDERS

• Please note Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, and the Virgin Islands can’t be shipped to now.
  
  
• Please note we don't accept APO, FPO, DPO.
  
  
• Please note that we don’t ship to PO Boxes, so make sure to enter a physical address.
  
  
• If free shipping applies to orders over a certain amount, the shipping fee is determined by the order value after any discounts have been applied. Thank you!
  
  
• We accept order cancellations prior to product shipment or production. If the order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel an order if the order has already shipped.
